Owner/Head engineer
With over 10 years of hands-on experience, Oliver is the heart of Plumbarius. As our founder and head engineer, he brings a wealth of knowledge, a keen eye for detail, and a strong belief in doing the job properly — no shortcuts, no nonsense.
From complex heating systems to full bathroom installations, Oliver’s known for his precision, problem-solving, and calm under pressure. Whether he’s on the tools or leading the team, you’re always in safe hands.
When he’s not transforming homes, you’ll find him enjoying time with his fiancée Lauren and their dog George — or getting stuck into a good DIY project.
Lauren
Managing director
The engine behind the scenes, Lauren keeps Plumbarius running smoothly. As Managing Director, she oversees everything from operations and customer service to marketing and business growth — all with a sharp eye for detail and a deep passion for quality.
With a background in project management and a knack for creative problem-solving, Lauren ensures every job — and every customer — receives the care, clarity, and professionalism they deserve.
When she’s not managing the day-to-day or planning what’s next for Plumbarius, you’ll find her curled up with a cosy blanket, dreaming of her future ranch, or baking something sweet (usually with a spooky twist around Halloween!).
George
Security & Chicken Enthusiast
Meet George — the four-legged legend behind the scenes at Plumbarius. As our Head of Security and resident Morale Officer, George keeps the whole team in check with a wag of his tail and a watchful eye on the front door (and anyone carrying food).
From early morning van rides to late-night office check-ins, George is always by our side. His favourite part of the job? Chicken. If you’ve got it, you’ve got his undivided attention. Just don’t expect him to share.
With an impeccable sense of loyalty, a calming presence, and the occasional dramatic nap in the middle of the floor, George is the glue that holds the team together. He might not carry a toolbox, but his contribution to team spirit is second to none.
Our van
The Workhorse of Plumbarius
It might not have a voice (or a tea order), but the Plumbarius van is a vital part of our crew. This fully loaded workhorse carries everything we need to get the job done — from tools and parts to specialist kit — so we’re always ready, whether it’s a leaky tap or a full central heating overhaul.
Rain or shine, early start or late finish, our van is there — bringing Plumbarius quality and reliability straight to your doorstep. You’ll spot it proudly bearing our name, often with George riding shotgun and a boot full of neatly packed gear (well… most of the time).
It's more than just transport — it’s our mobile headquarters, our storage room, our toolbox on wheels. Without it, we’d be standing in your driveway with nothing but a wrench and good intentions.
